1. Futures Bonus Anti-Fraud & Disqualification

1.1. Eaglex strictly prohibits any form of dishonest, abusive, or market-manipulative activity. Eachparticipant is permitted to operate only one (1) account.

1.2. Eaglex reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any user and revoke any rewards, including any profits generated directly or indirectly therefrom, in the event of any actual or suspected violation of the following:

• Multi-Accounting: Operating multiple accounts to obtain bonus

• Volume Manipulation: Wash trading, self-dealing, or market manipulation to meet volume requirements.

• Bonus Abuse: Engaging in "churning" or matched hedging (opening opposite positions) to guarantee profits from the bonus.

• Batch Registration: Mass registration of accounts via bots or scripts.

1.3. EagleX reserves the right to require additional identity verification (Video KYC) before releasing rewards if suspicious activity is detected.
